  • I don’t like the numbers on my cards. Can I change them?
    Yes you can, just click on the change cards button in the top middle section of your screen.
  • How is the prize money determined?
    Each game's cash prize is based on the number of cards played during games. A percentage goes towards the prize for the next game and also towards the progressive jackpots. The more cards played and the more players playing bingo will increase the prize amount.
  • I often use the same phrases! Do I need to retype them each time?
    No, you can type in common phrases and the favorite sayings to get yourself communicating faster.
    You do this by clicking "options" then "my favorite sayings", once in here you type in as many phrases as you like, one below the next, and click ok.
    To use them, click the down arrow to the right of your talk text-typing box and they will appear, just click on the line you want to use and press enter.

  • How can I withdraw (cashins) money from my account?
    All withdrawals of £20 or greater may be withdrawn by clicking on the 'Cashier' button in the Banking section of the site, and following the instructions given. All other withdrawals under £20 must be requested by email to security@PCI.bigtopcasino.co.uk

    Upon withdrawal your winnings we will be refunded to the most recent deposit method used at the time of the withdrawal, eg Mastercard, VISA, Solo, Switch or Maestro.

    All deposits made with pre-paid MasterCard or MasterCard registered outside the UK will need to be refunded to either Visa Card, Solo, Switch, or Maestro. Please allow 5-10 working days for your withdrawal to reflect on your Visa, Solo, Maestro or Switch cards.

    Proof of identity and address will be required in a number of situations, including the occurence of any of the following:
    Where withdrawal of £1,500 or greater is made; or
    Where a withdrawal is not made to your most recent deposit method; or

    We can refund withdrawals to most MasterCards. Unfortunately, MasterCard has a policy where they do not allow refunds to pre-paid MasterCards or MasterCards registered outside the UK.

    Once you make your withdrawal at the site, the withdrawal request is placed in a 24hrs pending period. After the 24hr period your withdrawal becomes available for processing and is processed on the enxt business day.

    Withdrawals refunded to Mastercards, Visa, Solo, Maestro and Switch Card will reflect in your bank account within 3-5 working days (excluding weekends) after processing.

    Wire transfers take between 5-7 business days to reflect (providing all details provided are correct and there are no delays as a result of incorrect or insufficient details).
